Seaways Guest House offers friendly, clean and comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation in South Shields.  This non-smoking guest house overlooks Ocean Road and offers many comforts and facilities, there is ample free public parking on the main street and surrounding areas.  At Seaways Guest House every effort is made to ensure you enjoy your stay.

The breakfast room is situated on the ground floor and is there for your comfort.  There is a colour TV, Video and DVD for your use, but please be respectful of other guests.  The reception area contains a number of booklets including places of interest you may wish to visit.

Our healthy breakfast is the perfect start to the day, served in a pretty dining room which enjoys views of Ocean Road.  Choose from our breakfast area a selection of cereals, fruit juices, grapefruit and prunes, yogurt's and fresh fruit.
