You can rest assured that every effort is made to ensure you enjoy your stay with us and make your visit to South Shields a memorable one. In addition to bed and breakfast, we also have lots of facilities available to you free of charge, which will hopefully make Seaways Guest House feel like a second home to you. We pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of cleanliness, your room will be serviced daily, fresh towels and bedding are available on request in line with our eco policy and your hot beverage tray will be topped up each day.

When you arrive you will find a welcome pack in your room, which will give you lots of information about South Shields and places of interest you may wish to visit. Please note some of the facilities listed above will need to be booked in advance and a deposit may be required i.e. laptops and electronic games, however, this will be returned in full providing that equipment is returned in good working order.
